شروط الاستخدام

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لمنصّة جُذور وموقعها وتطبيقاتها («المنصّة»)، وهي مشروع من مختبر سمو · Soumo Lab LLC («نحن»). باستخدامك المنصّة أو إنشائك حساباً فيها فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إن لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم المنصّة.

1. الخدمة

جُذور منصّة لدراسة جذور القرآن الكريم وتعلّمها: بحث في الجذور ومعانيها، مصحف، فهارس، مسارات تعلّم ومراجعة، ألعاب تعليمية، وأدوات مساعدة. جزء من المنصّة مجاني، وجزء منها متاح باشتراك مدفوع.

2. الحساب

• قدّم معلومات صحيحة عند التسجيل، وحافظ على سرّية بيانات دخولك.
• الحساب شخصي، وأنت مسؤول عمّا يجري من خلاله.
• يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت بالتواصل معنا على البريد المذكور في آخر هذه الصفحة.

3. الاشتراكات المتجددة تلقائياً

تقدّم المنصّة باقتين مدفوعتين: «المتعلّم» و«الداعم»، وكلٌّ منهما متاحة باشتراك شهري أو سنوي. يُعرض اسم الباقة ومدّتها وسعرها داخل التطبيق قبل إتمام الشراء.

• تُخصم قيمة الاشتراك من حسابك في متجر التطبيقات (App Store أو Google Play) عند تأكيد الشراء.
• يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائياً للمدّة نفسها وبالسعر الساري، ما لم تُلغِه قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بأربعٍ وعشرين ساعة على الأقل.
• تدير اشتراكك وتلغيه من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر. إلغاء الاشتراك يوقف التجديد التالي، ويبقى اشتراكك فعّالاً حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
• المتجر هو من يعالج الدفع، وطلبات استرداد المبالغ تُقدَّم إليه وتخضع لسياساته. لا نملك نحن إصدار استرداد لمشتريات المتجر.
• قد تتغيّر الأسعار، وتُبلَّغ بأي تغيير يمسّ اشتراكاً قائماً وفق ما تقتضيه قواعد المتجر.

4. الرصيد الإضافي

بعض المزايا، كالمحادثة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، لها رصيد استخدام ضمن الباقة. يمكن شراء رصيد إضافي يُضاف فوق رصيد الباقة. الرصيد الإضافي مشتريات تُستهلك بالاستخدام، وله مدّة صلاحية تُعرض عند الشراء وينتهي بانتهائها، ولا يُستبدل بنقد.

5. الاشتراكات المُهداة

يمكن لمن شاء أن يشتري حزمة اشتراكات تُهدى إلى متعلّمين قُبلت طلباتهم. نحن من يقرّر قبول الطلبات وتوزيع الاشتراكات. لا يُعرَّف المُهدي بمن وصلته الهدية، ولا يُعرَّف المستفيد بمن أهداه. الاشتراك المُهدى شخصي لا يُنقل إلى غير صاحبه ولا يُستبدل بنقد، وينتهي بانتهاء مدّته دون تجديد تلقائي.

6. أكواد الخصم

تُستعمل الأكواد وفق الشروط المعلنة معها، وليست لها قيمة نقدية، ولنا إيقاف أي كود أُسيء استعماله.

7. الاستخدام المقبول

• لا تستخدم المنصّة في ما يخالف القانون أو يسيء إلى الآخرين.
• لا تنسخ محتوى المنصّة آلياً أو بالجملة، ولا تُعِد بيعه أو نشره تجارياً.
• لا تحاول تجاوز القيود التقنية أو حدود الاستخدام أو تعطيل الخدمة.
• لا تشارك حسابك أو اشتراكك مع غيرك.

8. المحتوى والملكية

نصّ القرآن الكريم ليس ملكاً لأحد. كتب التفسير والمعاجم والمراجع المعروضة تبقى حقوقها لأصحابها. أمّا برمجيات المنصّة وتصميمها وتحليلاتها وما أعددناه من محتوى فحقوقه لنا. نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً غير تجاري وغير حصري لاستخدام المنصّة ما دمت ملتزماً بهذه الشروط. ملاحظاتك ومجموعاتك التي تنشئها تبقى لك.

9. مزايا الذكاء الاصطناعي

الإجابات التي تولّدها مزايا الذكاء الاصطناعي قد تخطئ أو تنقص. هي عون على البحث والتعلّم، وليست فتوى ولا مرجعاً علمياً معتمداً. راجع أهل العلم والمصادر الموثوقة قبل أن تبني عليها.

10. إتاحة الخدمة وتعديلها

نسعى إلى إبقاء المنصّة متاحة، ولا نضمن أنها لن تنقطع أو تخلو من الخطأ. قد نضيف مزايا أو نعدّلها أو نوقفها.

11. حدود المسؤولية

تُقدَّم المنصّة «كما هي». وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدامها أو تعذّر استخدامها.

12. الإيقاف والإنهاء

لك أن تتوقف عن استخدام المنصّة متى شئت. ولنا أن نعلّق أو ننهي حساباً خالف هذه الشروط. إنهاء الحساب لا يلغي اشتراك المتجر تلقائياً، فألغِه من إعدادات المتجر.

13. متجر Apple

إن حصلت على التطبيق من App Store فهذه الشروط بينك وبيننا، وليست Apple طرفاً فيها ولا مسؤولة عن التطبيق أو دعمه. وحيث تسكت هذه الشروط يسري اتفاق ترخيص المستخدم القياسي من Apple.

14. تعديل هذه الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. ننشر النسخة الجديدة على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريانها، واستمرارك في استخدام المنصّة بعده قبولٌ بها.

Terms of Use (EULA)

These terms govern your use of the Jzur platform, its website and its apps (the "Platform"), a project of Soumo Lab LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Platform or creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. The service

Jzur is a platform for studying and learning the roots of the Holy Quran: root search and meanings, a mushaf, indexes, learning and revision paths, educational games and supporting tools. Part of the Platform is free and part is available with a paid subscription.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information when you register and keep your sign-in details confidential.
• The account is personal, and you are responsible for activity under it.
• You may ask us to delete your account and data at any time by writing to the address at the end of this page.

3. Auto-renewable subscriptions

The Platform offers two paid plans, Learner and Supporter, each available as a monthly or an annual subscription. The plan name, its length and its price are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.

• Payment is charged to your app store account (App Store or Google Play) at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You manage and cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid for.
• The store processes payment. Refund requests are made to the store and follow its policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
• Prices may change. You will be told of any change that affects an existing subscription as the store's rules require.

4. Add-on balance

Some features, such as AI chat, have a usage balance included in your plan. You can buy an add-on balance that is added on top of it. Add-on balance is a consumable purchase, has a validity period shown at purchase and expires at the end of it, and has no cash value.

5. Gifted subscriptions

Anyone may buy a pack of subscriptions to be given to learners whose applications have been accepted. We decide which applications are accepted and how subscriptions are allocated. The giver is not told who received a gift, and the recipient is not told who gave it. A gifted subscription is personal, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and ends at the end of its term without renewing.

6. Promo codes

Codes are used under the conditions published with them, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn if misused.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Platform unlawfully or to harm others.
• Do not copy the Platform's content by automated means or in bulk, and do not resell or republish it commercially.
• Do not try to get around technical limits or usage limits, or to disrupt the service.
• Do not share your account or your subscription with others.

8. Content and ownership

The text of the Holy Quran belongs to no one. The commentaries, dictionaries and reference works shown remain the property of their owners. The Platform's software, design, analyses and the content we prepared are ours. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive licence to use the Platform while you keep to these terms. The notes and groups you create remain yours.

9. AI features

Answers generated by AI features can be wrong or incomplete. They are an aid to research and learning, not a religious ruling (fatwa) and not an authoritative scholarly source. Check with qualified scholars and trusted sources before relying on them.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may add, change or discontinue features.

11. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Ending an account does not cancel a store subscription automatically; cancel it in your store settings.

13. Apple App Store

If you obtained the app from the App Store, these terms are between you and us. Apple is not a party to them and is not responsible for the app or its support. Where these terms are silent, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with its effective date, and continuing to use the Platform after that date means you accept it.
